1.Rental Service
The rental period is 3 days and 2 nights. Shipping to you is included in the rental price; however, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Prices vary depending on the kimono, so please check the rental fee listed on each item page for details.

Kimono coordination is generally handled by our team, but if you have any specific preferences or requests, please feel free to contact us.
If you would like to rent only a single item, such as an obi or accessory, please consult with us in advance.
To use our rental service, a valid ID and agreement to our terms and conditions are required.
2.Kimono Dressing Service
The dressing fee is for one person.
I can travel to your preferred location by car or public transportation. Please note that additional transportation fees for staff may apply depending on the distance.
As I am based in Eindhoven, for locations that are more than approximately 1.5 hours away by car, we will need to discuss the details individually.
Please also note that young children may accompany me during the visit.

Payment
Payment can be made via Tikkie or bank transfer.
Please complete the payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
Transportation fees will be calculated based on the actual travel costs and will be invoiced separately at a later date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes due to illness or severe weather are accepted until 5:00 PM two days before the appointment.
For kimono rental only, cancellation is possible as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
Return Policy
Please return all items in the same condition as when you received them, including all accessories and packaging (such as the cardboard box, waterproof bag, etc.).
In principle, we collect the kimono directly in person after your rental period. However, for locations that are far away, return by shipping may be required. In such cases, we will inform you of the details in advance.
I have damaged or stained the item.
Silk kimonos are delicate and may develop stains even from contact with water.
If dirt or stains are left untreated, they may cause permanent discoloration or damage. Therefore, please inform us as soon as possible if the item becomes soiled.
In cases of severe staining or damage, an additional cleaning or repair fee may apply.
